🛍️ Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, worn or used scrubs cannot be accepted for return.

⚙️ How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at info@scrubszilla.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.
• Once approved, ship the product back using the address provided.

💵 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a new size or color, please place a new order after your return is approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or damaged scrubs
• Clearance or final sale items
