You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, worn or used scrubs cannot be accepted for return.
⚙️ How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@scrubszilla.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.

Once approved, ship the product back using the address provided.
💵 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a new size or color, please place a new order after your return is approved.
